We study how communication creates  or limits impact. Our research practice helps organisations understand what’s working, what’s not, and how their communication can be designed for deeper resonance, trust, and behaviour change. ​ Our Focus Areas 1. Communication Audits We assess how effectively an organisation communicates across internal systems, public presence, and programme-level messaging. The goal: identify gaps, overlaps, and missed opportunities for clarity and connection. 2. Impact Mapping We map how communication efforts align with and contribute to programmatic or organisational outcomes. This includes evaluating whether messaging supports adoption, awareness, or policy influence helping teams link communication with tangible change. 3. Tool & Channel Effectiveness Studies We analyse how different communication tools (films, campaigns, IEC, reports, social media) perform across audiences — measuring reach, recall, and relevance. 4. Audience & Perception Research We conduct listening exercises, stakeholder interviews, and perceptual mapping to understand how audiences experience an organisation’s story and where trust or confusion lies. 5. Framework & Indicator Design We help organisations build frameworks to track communication impact over time defining metrics that capture visibility, engagement, trust, and learning.
